Most of the apartments in this house have spacious terraces or balconies with fantastic views of the sea. Due to the proximity to the beach and the Bansin beech forest, you will find ideal conditions for a relaxed, eventful holiday.
A parking space in the underground parking lot in the parking system (max. size 1.5x5m) is available.

This serves as a dining room, cloakroom and central centre of the apartment. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. The separate kitchen invites you to cook together.
The highlights of the apartment are the bay window, which adjoins the bedroom, and the large balcony, which you enter from the dining room and kitchen. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and relax with a glass of wine from exciting holiday excursions.
