📍 Location: Nestled on 2.5 acres of picturesque land, surrounded by pines and hardwoods, The Preserve provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

🌄 Outdoor Living Space: Guests can indulge in roughly 2000 sq. ft. of covered outdoor living space, offering 360-degree views to the North, East, and West, showcasing the breathtaking scenery of the Kiamichi Mountains.

🛏️ Primary Bedroom #2- level 2/downstairs: King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with a custom built in private coffee and wine bar- oversized walk in double shower with free standing tub.
🛏️ Guest Bedroom #3- level 2/downstairs: Twin-sized bed on top and a Queen-sized bed on the bottom bunk w/ Jack and Jill bathroom

🏊 Pool Use & Heating: A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.
❄️ Optional pool heating is available October 1– May 31 for $225 (first 3 days) + $75/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable June 1–September 30.The heater is turned on the day of your arrival.
Thermostats: The home is equipped with Nest Learning Thermostats, which you are welcome to adjust to your preferred temperature during your stay. Please note that if the home is unoccupied for an extended period, the system may automatically enter Eco Mode and adjust the temperature to 76°F. If this occurs, simply readjust thermostat to your desired setting upon your return.
To help prevent HVAC units from freezing and sustaining damage, thermostats must not be set below 70°F during the summer months. Guests are responsible for any damages or repair costs resulting from the thermostat being set below this temperature. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the property and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
🛠️ If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at the Preserve over spring break. Traveled with 4 teenage boys and this house was perfect! They were content to enjoy all of the amenities and never got bored. House is beautiful, beds very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Communication was easy and quick.

The Preserve is a stunning luxury, family friendly cabin. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you are at a resort. We had a blast with all the activities that come with the cabin and felt like we didn’t even need to leave! The pickleball was a hit! We’ve been going to Broken Bow for years and The Preserve is by far the best cabin we’ve stayed in.

Pictures doesn't do this place justice!!! Definitely million dollar views 👌 We've stayed in 30+ rentals and this one was the best! So many things to do while staying here. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend! Hosts were great and very responsive.
