This well maintained 3 bedroom 2 baths home located in the renowned Lindfields Estate is perfectly placed to maximize your family's vacation fun here in the entertainment capital of Florida! This home is complete with enclosed swimming pool, a fully furnished kitchen, full sized washer & dryer, flat screen Apple TV in lounge with cable or Netflix available to our guests, and Wireless internet access. | There is a king size bed in the master suite. You will not want to miss this lovely vacation home close to Disney and at the doorsteps of local shopping areas.

Bedroom 3----2 Twin size beds Bathroom right outside the door to serve the other 2 bedrooms and common areas.
**POOL HEATING* There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.
**PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS* The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking on the street
*** BBQ GRILL*** Small charcoal grill provided free of charge. If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
***PET POLICY No pets allowed. If we find a pet on property we will charge $500 fine.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
