Ferienwohnung Kaiser - Villa Gertrud ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Ostseestrand

The 58-square-meter vacation apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and closets, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and an exterior window, as well as a heated towel rack, and a cozy kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with a baking function, and a dining area. The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa (which can accommodate a third and fourth guest), an additional dining area, and a TV nook. Adjacent to the living room is a large private terrace overlooking the garden. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A complete package (bed linens and towels) can be added to your reservation for a fee. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Please reserve these in advance when booking.

The historic Villa Gertrud is situated in a quiet location on the Glienberg (approx. 32 meters above sea level) in Zinnowitz. A short 10-minute walk through the forest takes you to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The center of Zinnowitz, with its numerous shops, restaurants, theater, and tennis court, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. The Kaiser and Rudolph vacation apartments are located at the rear of the house, facing the southeast-facing garden with terraces. Each has a separate entrance. The Rudolph vacation apartment is wheelchair accessible. One parking space is available per apartment.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
