Welcome to Blu Fin, a stunning high-end condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the sought-after Regency Resort. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be swept into vacation mode by sweeping floor-to-ceiling views of sugar-white sands and the emerald waters beyond.
Designed with comfort and togetherness in mind, Blu Fin features an open-concept layout perfect for lounging, cooking, dining, or enjoying movie nights on the 65" flat-screen TV. The brand-new modular sofa even includes a full-size sleeper, offering additional space for guests.
The chef's kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, with gleaming quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and gadgets you’ll need—from quick snacks to gourmet meals.
Stretching an impressive 35 feet, the oversized balcony offers space to sunbathe, sip coffee, or take in breathtaking Gulf views. The sound of the waves is your constant companion, whether you’re outside or tucked into the plush king bed in the primary suite. This tranquil retreat also includes direct balcony access and an en suite bath with a quartz countertop and large walk-in tiled shower.
The second king-sized bedroom sits on the opposite side of the condo for maximum privacy and features its own en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. Across the hall, the third bedroom is perfect for a family or kids, with a king-sized bed and twin bunk beds, sleeping four comfortably. This room also has access to the third full bath with another tub/shower combo. A pack 'n play is provided for your convenience.
From March 1st through October 31st, enjoy complimentary beach service—two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily, so you can relax the moment your feet hit the sand.
Blu Fin is part of the low-density Regency Resort, home to the largest Gulf-front pool on Navarre Beach (heated October 31 through March 1), a fitness center, community grills, and plenty of parking. Go to Navarre and STAY HERE! It’s peaceful and the condo was amazing! Highest possible recommendation. If you want to get away from the crowds and the busyness of some of the beach towns, Navarre is perfect for you. And this condo is more than perfect.

Arrived the day of hurricane Helene. Hurricane screens were in place and remained up for the first three days of our five day visit although the sun was shining brightly. Once removed, the view was amazing. The unit was lovely although an ice maker would have been appreciated. It was somewhat confusing as to who was in charge of what since we had visits from both property management and rental management. Overall our visit was very enjoyable. The two chairs and an umbrella included with the rental fee was a nice bonus. Additionally, one of our party left an item behind and Shannon tracked it down and is mailing it back. The extra effort is greatly appreciated.
