The apartment is located on the first floor facing the courtyard and is ideally situated between Gare du Nord and Sacré-Cœur. The location is perfect for those taking the Eurostar or the Thalys. You’ll be surrounded by many shops, cafés, and restaurants.

This is a superb, newly renovated apartment that includes:
- A living room with a sofa and dining table
- An open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.)
- Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
- Two bathrooms with showers and toilets
- Ample storage space
- TV and high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi).
Included services:
You’ll find your beds made and all necessary linens provided (towels, sheets, etc.)
Regular housekeeping services are provided weekly according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule
Optional services (for a fee):
Breakfast available with delivery upon request
Travel crib with mattress (without linens) available upon request: 30 € per stay

This property worked great for our 6 person (3 couples) group. Besides the dining table, there weren't many places to sit and chat as a group and the area where the apartment was is a bit sketchy, but it was great other than that. If it were a smaller place where I might be alone, I would worry, but since it is a big place for groups, I thought it was great. Check in was super simple and easy as well.
