About this apartment rental
This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 12th floor luxury condo offers breath taking unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf. Its location allows you to watch the passing boats and catch an occasional glimpse of the playful Dolphins that swim and call the Gulf of Mexico home. The large private terrace with relaxing furniture provides the perfect vantage point for viewing the gorgeous sunrise and sunsets against the sparkling water.
Our condo comes fully furnished and INCLUDES a reserved, second level parking garage space, with just a short, covered walk to the condo lobby and elevators. There is no elevator in the parking garage. However, there is a covered porte-cochere at the ground level to our building where guests can unload vehicles and have access to luggage carts.
The living room features a view of the Gulf, a 55” smart TV, and leather sectional sofa. The open floor plan offers a bright and inviting space to entertain, while the large extended balcony provides the perfect space to relax, enjoy the spectacular views, have a cocktail or a light evening meal.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all new appliances features custom cabinetry, granite counters, wet bar and breakfast bar to make cooking and entertaining truly enjoyable!
The master suite a king size bed with luxury bedding provides direct access to the balcony with a wake-up view of the Gulf. The private bath has granite countertops, double sinks, garden tub, walk in shower and plush towels.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, luxury bedding, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bath with granite countertops and shower-tub combination.
The Legacy Towers Condominium amenities include 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, pool showers, fully equipped fitness center, putting green, club house, charcoal grills, and more. Access to the rarely crowded public beach which is directly in front of the Legacy Towers complex, is merely a short walk from the complex entrance, or a short drive, across the oceanfront Beach Drive.
Nearby attractions include the newly opened Mississippi Aquarium, marinas, water parks, shopping malls, casinos and so much more! And let’s not forget the fabulous variety of food served up and down the coast!

These cameras are used strictly for property security and for monitoring storm activity due to the home’s beachfront location. Because storm damage must be identified immediately to protect the property, the cameras help us assess conditions during severe weather. They are not in place to observe guests enjoying the balcony. Any attempt to cover, adjust, or disable the cameras will result in a forfeited deposit.

The listing was as advertised and the condo was spotless. The location was perfect. It's not too close to casinos but close enough to excellent Gulf Coast restaurants. The pool was never too busy and we were able to enjoy it without feeling crowded. The gated community and friendly security staff made us always feel safe and protected allowing us to unwind and relax. But the real "wow" was the balcony. Stunning views of the Gulf. We had our morning coffee while watching the boats go by and dolphins jump. It was everything we needed it to be.

View from the 12th floor was fantastic. Tightly controlled access and that was good. Bed in master suite was way too high. Very difficult to get into. TV was Dish and the reception was poor most of the time. DIning chairs and dining table was very high and difficult to sit at because legs couldn't reach the floor and barefooted the footrest was uncomfortable. Probably would not stay here again because the negatives far outweight the positives of this rental.
