-All damages to the property are the responsibility of the guest.
-We supply makeup wipe and towels for your convenience. Damages to white towels and bedding linens will result in a $50 per item charge.
-Please help is keep the home nice by removing your shoes when in the apartment

Great communications with the host and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Also, the property has a great location on the avenue. Walk out the door for restaurants, stores, bars, etc
