Enjoy the Florida resort lifestyle (including full private golf club membership privileges!) from this finely appointed condo in Lake Barrington at Naples Lakes Country Club. The two-bed, two-bath unit has a bright kitchen with gleaming granite counters and a breakfast bar that opens to the living and dining areas. Sliding glass doors lead out to a screened lanai with southern exposure overlooking tropical foliage. The primary bedroom, located at the back of the unit, has a king-size bed and also offers lanai access from sliding glass doors. The en suite bathroom has double sink vanities and a sleek glass enclosed shower with spa-like pebble stone tile. The guest bedroom is at the front of the unit with another king-size bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A full size in-unit laundry room and an attached 1-car garage on the ground floor (accessible by taking the shared elevator down to the ground floor) are lovely additional conveniences.
When you venture out, you will be thrilled with the fabulous amenities that Naples Lakes Country Club has to offer! Right within Lake Barrington, there is a pool and spa for residents of the subdivision only. At the main clubhouse, which is conveniently located just a third of a mile from the unit, there is an additional resort style pool with adjacent Arnie's cabana restaurant and bar where you can enjoy casual meals and drinks by the pool. In addition to the Arnold Palmer Signature 18-hole golf course and practice facilities, the club also offers a tennis program, bocce, a fitness center, and formal dining in the clubhouse.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
