About this villa rental
A stunning oceanfront villa nestled on the prestigious Teeth of the Dog golf course! This luxurious 5-bedroom home offers an unforgettable escape where relaxation meets elegance. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore; take a refreshing dip in the pool or soak up the Caribbean sun on the sun loungers dotting the deck. For the golf enthusiasts, tee off on the world-renowned Teeth of the Dog course just steps away from your doorstep.
BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath *this bedroom is located upstairs*
-Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 double bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 12 people.
INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges (8), umbrella
-Exquisite panoramic ocean view
STAFF:
-3 full time staff (housekeeper, cook, and butler) who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

Less than 10-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, golf courses, and much more.
RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
Per person, per day current rates are:
$25/adult/day
$12/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age
