It is located at the entrance to the Costa Smeralda, on the hill overlooking the tourist village of Portisco (2 km away), with its marina, restaurants, cafes, and markets

The Space
This beautiful, light-filled villa—featuring large windows, high-quality finishes, and tasteful furnishings—is nestled in a vast garden with a meticulously manicured English lawn and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the hills.
It is laid out over two floors in a loft style. On the first floor, there is a spacious and beautiful living area, illuminated by large windows offering views of the sea and garden. It features several seating areas, a decorative fireplace, a TV area, and a work corner with a desk.
On the first floor, on the same level as the living area, there are two beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, both with a double bed and solid wood furniture finely carved by skilled artisans in the Mediterranean style.
Adjacent to the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower stall, sink, toilet, bidet, and hair dryer.
From the living area, descending two steps leads to an additional double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom equipped with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.
A beautiful suspended wooden staircase leads from the living area to the first floor, which features an open-concept loft-style design and includes a dining area with a floor-to-ceiling window offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
Here you’ll also find the kitchen area, fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and a complete set of kitchen utensils.
Also on the first floor is another beautiful and spacious double bedroom, featuring a small balcony and an additional bathroom with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.
On the loggia at the villa’s entrance, you’ll find an outdoor dining area for enchanting meals al fresco with a sea view, and a seating area furnished with natural wicker furniture where you can relax with a glass of wine, surrounded by the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub.
