It is in a secure residence with caretaker, with swimming pool with 2 pools and 2 tennis courts. You access the apartment from the covered parking lot without stairs; you enter through a very large terrace with garden allowing you to live outdoors during the summer. The shops are 5 minutes by car and the beach 10 minutes.
The apartment consists of a large main room serving as a living room and dining room. A work space is present in this room. From this large room, you will have a beautiful view of the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
