Welcome to our peaceful haven with a pool, located in the heart of a typical southern French village, just 15 minutes from Montpellier.
Our 145 m² house, spread over two levels, offers all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay. It includes:
4 spacious bedrooms: a master suite on the ground floor with a private bathroom and independent access to the garden, and three other bedrooms upstairs.
2 bathrooms: one on the ground floor and one upstairs, ideal for accommodating two small families while preserving everyone's privacy.
Open living spaces: a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a cathedral-style lounge offering a large volume.
Modern amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, electric shutters, and a library with books available.
For music lovers, we can provide musical instruments upon request. We also offer a selection of board games for convivial evenings.

A shaded terrace under two plane trees, perfect for outdoor meals around a large table that can accommodate 8 guests.
A beautiful pool to cool off, a barbecue, a mini vegetable garden with local herbs, and a large plum tree for pastry enthusiasts.

The center of Montpellier (Place de la Comédie) is 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike.
