Guests are unable to access the waterpark located on the side of the building facing N Ocean Blvd. It is owned and operated by on-site resort management and is not available to guests renting privately.
Things to Note:
- Minimum age for primary renters: 21
- You may hear noises from neighboring units during peak season or construction during the off season. We have provided ear plugs for your convenience (in the guest bathroom vanity).
-No parties or pets allowed.
-Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Guests are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while the service is performed.
-This is a privately owned & operated condo, therefore guests will not have access to front desk or housekeeping services during your stay.

View was amazing!! House was clean with plenty of space for 9 people to hang out. It was a wonderful time with lots of memories were made.
