About this apartment rental

110 m2. More information by the provider: The well-kept house Amasaas is quiet and sunny on a hillside, above the mountain stream "Fee-Vispe", near the station of the Alpin Express (150m). Nearest restaurant (200m). Town center (400m). Parking (about 600m), from there on request luggage transport by the landlord. Access to the house (50m) over narrow, cleared path.
4-room apartment (nenovated in autumn 2011), 1. floor: 1 sleeping room with 3 beds with a separate shower/WC, 1 double room with a separate shower/WC, 1 double room, bath/WC/hairdryer, kitchenette with refrigerator, oven, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, coffe maker and a living room with divan, TV, central heating, south balcony, ski room. The house is in sunny and quiet position near the cable car station Alpin-Express.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Final cleaning: Fr. 100.--/160.-- depending on the apartment you book.
