This is, hands down, the best 180°+ whitewater view master bedroom in all of Cardiff. Pair that with a massive private balcony, and you’ve just found the crown jewel of coastal getaways.
Between Swami’s and San Elijo State Beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is all about the views, the vibe, and the space to actually enjoy them. Nearly every room puts the Pacific front and center, and both levels open onto large ocean-facing decks made for morning coffee, sunset toasts, and everything in between.
Inside, the home keeps it simple: bright, comfortable, coastal-clean style, and plenty of room to unwind. The living area, kitchen, and primary suite all deliver those same wide-open ocean views. Parking is easy with a two-car garage plus two more spots outside. Beach gear is stocked and ready so you can hit the sand without thinking twice.
But the real surprise is out back: a fully fenced, multi-terrace, 10,000 sq ft playground with a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, five terraces to explore, and even a basketball half-court. Grill out, dine outside, or end the night around the fire pit with the ocean glowing in the background.

• Beach access is just around the corner.
• The hot tub is heated on demand and included in the nightly rate.
• Pool heat is available from April 1st to November 1st for an additional daily charge of $175/day, 3 night minimum. Maximum temperature of 82°F. This needs to be arranged a week prior to your arrival date.
