This premium 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring large windows framing breathtaking mountain views, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen boasts spacious marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare meals with ease. With seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter, there’s plenty of space to gather and enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.
Silverthorne is a hub for outdoor recreation and mountain-town charm. The Blue River Walkway offers a scenic paved path for walking, biking, and fishing, while Rainbow Park provides basketball courts, soccer fields, and playgrounds for all ages. - Living Room: queen sleeper sofa w/ mattress topper. (sleeps 2)
- Hallway Bathroom: tub/shower.

- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: shared tandem-garage with room for 2 mid-sized vehicles, large or oversized vehicles will not fit.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

We have been doing rentals like this several times a year for many years and this was one of the best that I have stayed in. Everything was in very good condition. Beds were comfortable, appliances were new and kitchen had all that we needed.

My mom, sister, and I stayed here over the holiday break. The place looks just like the photos. We loved the addition of the mini Christmas tree, and having tvs in each room was a plus. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The owner/manager was also accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Had a great time in silverthorn. Condo is very comfortable and spotless. Loved the garage, was traveling with kayaks and alot of gear on roof racks. Didn't have to take anything off to park. At least 10ft high garage maybe 12ft. Able to walk to shops and resteraunts, longer walk to lake but doable if thats your thing. Was mine.
