The spacious apartment in a sunny location offers every vacation comfort. Air conditioning for the hot days or the heated pool in winter, here everyone will find comfort at their preferred vacation time. The large panoramic terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and professional BBQ and the whole garden with the pool area offers a wonderful, unobstructed wide view over the valley into the olive groves and onto the medieval fortified villages.
In the kitchen area with direct access to the terrace you will find a modern fitted kitchen with all technical comforts and a dining area. In front of the large double door there is another seating area for a cozy breakfast with panoramic views. Separately, there is a large bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a modern bathroom with ground-level shower en-suite. There is also another bedroom to the rear with two single beds (on request assembled as a double bed) and a second bathroom with ground-level shower. All beds are equipped with carefully selected mattresses that will provide restful sleep. The large living area has a couch where two people can sleep.
The highlight of the house is the spacious private pool in its beautifully landscaped garden. Here you can relax all day long. The pool is open all year round and individually heated in the cooler season if needed. On the upper floor of the villa with a separate entrance at the back of the house live the owners themselves, a small family who are very keen to see their guests happy and satisfied at Serra Felice.
Your car is parked inside the secured property. There is a dedicated charging station available for electric vehicles.
This accommodation is one of our sustainable vacation homes. The house technology runs on a photovoltaic system and solar panels.
