About this house rental
Gather your friends and family for a beautiful stay at the Golfer's Oasis which is nestled in the beautiful Augusta Ranch community in East Mesa. This beautiful, split floorplan has 4 bedrooms, 2bath and is located at the 16th hole on the Augusta Ranch golf course. The Golfer's Oasis is close to the stunning Superstition Mountains, 202 and 60 freeways, shopping and restaurants. If you're looking for that perfect getaway with a group of friends, the Golfer's Oasis this where you want to be!
***POOL IS NOT HEATED***
Booking guest MUST HAVE 5-star reviews to book the home. We will not book to anyone who does not have any reviews. The person booking MUST be the one staying on the property. We also require a profile picture of the booking guest.
We do have an age requirement to book: You must be is 30yrs old unless otherwise approved.
We're a no smoking home which includes e-cigarettes, vaping, or drugs of any kind. There will be a $200 fee if this house rule is broken and immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund of unused nights.
We're a pet free home. There will be a $200 fee per pet if there are any signs of pets in the home and immediate cancelation of reservation without refund of unused nights. NO exceptions will be made. Due to severe allergies and the safety of our loved ones we cannot accept animals of any type including service animals of any kind. If this rule has been disregarded there will be an additional deep cleaning fee of $500.
We do not allow any parties of any kind. All guests must be approved by host prior to visiting and are not to allowed to stay over. There will be a $1,000 fee if this house rule is broken plus additional $500 per person who is not on the reservation AND immediate cancelation of the reservation.
****Just a friendly reminder, we do have cameras and a ring. All camera's and recording devices such as the ring are exterior only*****
As of January 5th, 2023, the City of Mesa has put in place that the booking guest must have a National Sex Offender Registry check done. The information needed is:
*Full name
*City/Town/County
*Zip Code

Great backyard to enjoy. The house worked great for 7 adults and 2 littles. Right on the golf course made for great privacy in the back. There were a few little issues that the property manager responded quickly to.

We came for a wedding and did not spend much time at the house. The pool looked wonderful and the back BBQ/patio area looked so nice too. Our only afternoon at the house it rained, so we did not get to use the backyard. Very comfy house. Beds and linens were awesome!

The property was amazing. Loved the bbq area and used regularly! Yard was awesome for relaxing and socializing, pool was a little chilly but also got some use.Highly recommend, we were down for a wedding and it handled us all no problem,Location was also great with a grocery store just up the road, very convenientWould definitely stay

We had a nice weekend trip for our family of 5. Our daughter played volleyball at Legacy Park, and getting her there quickly was a breeze. Our son maximized his time using the nice basketball court and the rest of us were able to spread out wherever in the house. We’d definitely consider this house in the future when we’re in the area.
