While lifejackets are always encouraged at Lake of the Ozarks, persons aged 12 and under are required to wear life jackets while on the ramp and dock. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to wear a life jacket in the water. There is no diving allowed. We do provide some lifejackets, but we cannot guarantee we will have the correct size/fit for everyone. Therefore, guests should be prepared to provide their own lifejackets. Owners boat and PWCs may be parked at the dock during your stay. Guests are not permitted to use or sit on these watercrafts or lifts. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home to monitor the front entrance, the back entrance, and the dock. There is no landline phone at this property.
All use of this property and the surrounding water is at your own risk, and guests waive any and all claims or actions that may rise against host as a result of injury, loss, theft, or damage to any such person, including, and without limitation, person, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to guests, guests' spouse, partner, or children resulting from the negligence of host.
PLEASE NOTE: Our property is not conducive to parties as it is in a small neighborhood, in a calm cove. Therefore, no parties or events are allowed, including but not limited to, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, reunions, bridal/baby showers, or receptions.
