Bring your furry friends along for $120 per pet per stay. We love pets, but please let us know in advance.

2. **NO SHOES POLICY**
For a clean and cozy atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes indoors, especially on carpets.

3. **NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS**
While we want you to enjoy your stay, only registered guests are allowed on the property during your rental period. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

4. **ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS**
Our rate covers up to 6 guests. For each additional guest, there's a $39/night fee to ensure everyone's comfort.

5. **ENTERTAINMENT**
Kick back and relax with our smart TVs featuring popular streaming apps. Just reach out for login details.

6. **SMOKING**
To maintain a fresh and smoke-free environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violators will be fined $750.

7. **POOL & Landscaping *
Take a dip in our professionally maintained pool and landscaping accessible via the backyard door.

8. **Security cameras**
For your safety, we have security cameras recording 24/7 outside the property. Your privacy is important to us.

9. **Wildlife and Pest Control**
Our monthly pest control ensures a bug-free environment, but you may encounter occasional outdoor insects like spiders or ladybugs. Rest assured, we work hard to keep the house clean.

10. **ADDITIONAL BEDROOM**
Planning for a larger group? We offer an additional bedroom for parties of 8 or more. Just let us know in advance, and we'll provide access codes for your convenience.
Bleuvet’s Rules:

1. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
2. Check-out is at 10 a.m. maximum.
3. Inform us of total overnight guests and any visitors.
4. Unregistered guests not permitted; extra guests may incur fees.
5. No parties or events allowed on the property.
6. Notify us of all vehicles for your reservation.
7. Park all cars in the property’s garage or driveway; street parking prohibited.
8. No smoking indoors; penalties vary based on severity.
9. Outdoor smoking allowed; dispose of cigarette butts properly.
10. No drugs or inappropriate behavior tolerated.
11. Garbage collection days vary; we’ll notify you in advance.
12. House-trained pets allowed with a $120 USD fee per pet.
13. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.
14. Violation of house rules may result in deductions from security deposit or non-refundable cancellation of reservation, depending on severity.
15. Remove shoes when entering the property, especially on carpeted areas.
16. If you break something, please notify us immediately.
17. Please put back any moved items to their original positions.
18. Set the AC to 75 when not in use.
19. All cars must be parked on the driveway or inside the parking garage, not on the street.
20. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
