The property is situated in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

You have access to the terrace. Dining room with dinette. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
