The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny waterfront location. American kitchen with dinette, TV, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (140 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
