Location was great. The Bua/Tram stop a few minutes walk, small grocery store at Bus/Tram stop and large grocery store two stops away. Trip to old town is about 30 minutes via tram and some walking. The apartment was quite comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It's quite a ways from the airport so we booked a taxi through Booking.com. We were very pleased and we're comfortable with the amount of the fare.

Təmiz, gözəl dizayn edilmiş evdir. Yeni il üçün də gözəl dekor edilmişdi. Hədiyyə şərab, şəkərlər üçün də təşəkkür edirəm. Mətbəx və hamamda lazım ola biləcək bütün məhsullar var idi. Ev həqiqətən özlüyündə çox yaxşı idi.

Evdə istilik saatla idi. Səhər 11:00-17:00 arası və 23:00-06:00 arasında istilik olmurdu. Dəhşətli soyuq idi, əlavə bir qızdırıcı qoyula bilərdi. Ev sahibinə də yazanda sadəcə belədir dedi. Gecələr soyuqdan yatmaq, gündüz isə dayanmaq belə olmurdu evdə. Ev sahibinin danışıq tərzi də qonaqpərvər deyildi təəssüf ki. Location olaraq kənardadı, amma tramvayla getmək olurdu mərkəzə.

1. Communication with the host was easy and clear. He also helped with car parking, which was appreciated. 2. The place has everything you might need for a short stay — fully equipped kitchen, iron, and lots of useful toiletries like cotton pads, ear sticks, and shaving foam. 3. Great location quiet street, 5 minutes to the tram stop, and 10–15 minutes to the city center.

1. Very strong chemical smell from towels and bed linen, along with a damp smell — possibly because it's on the ground floor. Please consider changing the detergent or reducing its concentration. It made it hard to sleep. 2. The front gate/metal door doesn't lock well. 3. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, the floor stays cold and feels damp even in summer. Might be a plus in hot weather though. 4. The bed in the kitchen area is not very comfortable. 5. Weak Wi-Fi signal — constantly disconnects, which is surprising for a small apartment.
