Die Lage an der Marina theoretisch romantisch, auch mit der Pirate Bar, die sehr süss war, aber es war sehr laut durch das Rein und Rausholen der Boote, was schon frühmorgensmit großem Krach und Knall oft begann. Das Haus an sich ist sehr niedlich, schön eingerichtet, sauber, hübsch. Gut ausgestattet, alles bestens.

Der oben beschriebene Krach, der mit der Lage (Marina eigentlich schön anzusehen) einhergeht. Die hohen Reinigungskosten.
