THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION. IT WAS SUPER EASY TO GET TO THE GIANT CENTER WHERE THE CONCERT WAS. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS SUPER NICE AND WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN AN HOUR EARLY! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE DOING ANYTHING NEAR HERSHEY PARK.

This hotel is a gem!! It surpassed every hotel I have ever stayed at!! As a former travel agent I've stayed in many hotels/resorts and I can honestly state this hotel is better than any other. It is immaculate in every inch from the reception area to the room to the dining area.. it sparkled brightly. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort
There was not one area I wasn't amazed with.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable
Website says check-in time is 3:00 p.m.. I arrived at 4:30 p.m. and my room was not ready. The front desk told me to come back in 20 or 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then my room was ready.
