Pet friendly cozy stay with kind hosts

Quiet area but close to bus station so easy and fast to reach the town centre. Nice, cosy vibes, well equipped kitchen and additional appliances in the rooms (e.g. iron, hairdryer, warm blankets etc.). Pet friendly, my cat really enjoyed the windows :) I had to modify my checkout time and the hosts were really flexible, easy to communicate and extremely helpful/kind.

Stay here! It's superb!

Pretty much everything, no actually everything. The information was outstanding and they took every possible care to make my stay perfect. I don´t think anything could be faulted. Chris and Colette should be congratulated - they've set the standard for others to follow.

Comfortable , not an ‘Irish’ experience

Lovely appointed rental. However, it was very difficult to locate the place via Google Maps. Stressful experience finding it. L( perhaps mention some landmarks??) Once we finally found it, there was no key in the lock box. Owner’s father lived next door, so we were able to get him to assist. He was a kind man. The owner ( his son) was curt. He was our typical ‘Irish’ experience, but we did appreciate the comfort of the place.

An expensive stay which we accepted, but no pleasant or welcoming personality from the owner.

Continental breakfast is provided for the first day of your stay Just to give you some general feedback, to accommodate longer stays, you should provide some indication of washing facilities in the town.

Hosts invisible - Have we lost the personal touch even in Ireland? Only the dog welcomed us! I know I'm from an older generation....

Nicely appointed apartment in a quiet area, within walking distance of the city center.

Chris and Colette left items for breakfast in the kitchen. The apartment looked new with modern countertops and shower, and large windows on one large wall in the living area. It's about 1 miles from the center of town making it an ideal location.

The kitchen area is a bit small. If you have no interest in cooking or only wish to prepare a small breakfast, it will suit your needs.

Cosy and comfortable stay in Sligo

The property is a small bungalow attached to a large family home. We followed the instructions and found it without any difficulty. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the items left for breakfast. We had our dog with us and she just loved meeting the owners dog (as did we!!). We did not meet Chris and Colette during our stay but communication from them was excellent. All in all a very comfortable stay in Sligo!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Pleasant, comfy holiday annexe in a nice location

Location is good. Bed very comfy. Everything nice and clean inside. Family vibes. Dog friendly. We didn’t bring ours but owner’s dog was friendly!

Perhaps owners need to update description to include there is WiFi and that kitchenette has air fryer and small hot plate? These were useful additions we didn’t know about before coming. Would have liked a more enclosed private garden space as in fenced off area just for the rental space. Owners children were lovely and respectful but did feel at times, just a tad too much overlooked by the family’s adjoining home. And did wonder if we were to bring our dog, how we would have contained him so he wouldn’t have been a nuisance to the owners or their children.

Amazing property in a perfect location

I loved everything about this property. The kitchen is well kitted out. There was always lots of hot water. The fan was welcomed as it was really warm at night. Great selection for TV. Light and airy in the living/kitchen area. Our dog was really happy out their and the owners dog is a wee star. She didn't enter our building once - she stood at the door and looked in a few times and then went about her day. The 2 dogs got on great too which means a lot. The hosts were lovely and always at hand to help if it was needed. Beautiful area to sit outside. Central to everywhere. We will definitely be back.

There was no tongs to lift things out of the air fryer - not a complaint, just a suggestion.

This was a lovely cosy place to stay in a great location. Easy walk into Sligo and a good base for exploring the county. Everything you need for a self catering getaway!

nice apartment, well equipped

nice and easy contact with the host, handing over the keys by using the lockbox was very simple. own parking lot directly in front of the house. nice apartment, equipped with everything you need. kitchen with hob, pots, pans, etc. and even hot air fryer. for breakfast, the host had deposited some basic utensils such as bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, etc. for us. all in all it was a very nice stay :)

we were there in winter and the apartment doesn't seem to be so well insulated. although we used all the radiators available, it was still quite chilly. perhaps the host could make some improvements here. however, i am someone who tends to feel cold quite easily, maybe others don't find it so bad.

El lloc ès bonic. L'apartament ès petitet però ben aprofitat. Està ben equipat. El llit ès comode. En fi tot el què necessitavem ho varem tenir.

Res, però per dir alguna cosa les instruccions per a trobar l'apartament no eren del tot clares. El GPS ens hi va portar però la caixa per a trobar les claus es prestava a confusió.

Grosse déception les photos montre un logement spacieux mais ce n’est pas la réalité

La propreté du logement , le lit

Tout petit logement même pour deux ,si vous mettez votre valise dans la pièce principale vous ne pouvez plus circuler dans la pièce, pas de place pour poser ses vêtement, dans la minuscule salle de bain j’avais la longueur de ma main entre le WC et le lavabo et de mon avant bras entre la douche et du wc. Pas de plaque de cuisson donc impossible de vous faire des pâtes ou autre pour vous réchauffer vous avez juste un micro onde ++ Vous êtes dans le jardin du propriétaire (qu’on a jamais vu) mais seule une demi clôture nous sépare donc le chien se promène même s’il n’a pas l’air méchant il aboie beaucoup et il est venu souvent aboyer à notre porte.
