The location was amazing. Close to the harbour, just 10m walk. There is a swimming pool which is amazing during the heath. Please note you have to pay for the sunbeds.

Overall everything was amazing. If there is something we would like to give back as positive feedback, I would recommend to provide a bit more tea and coffee cups so the guests have for a day of 1 or 2 enough. We had two tea bags and 1 coffee cup, 2 decaf. The bed was also quite hard. Personal preference. Also, please note that you have to pay for the gym. One of our musts was a gym, for which we picked this location. At booking it didnt said we had to pay €10 per day per person. Which was a big disappointment

Best location in Marbella. Walking distance to Puerto Banus and easy to get Ubers elsewhere Flat very modern, spacious and clean with lovely outdoor porch for dining. There is a restaurant on the complex Would really recommend to friends

Communication with host could be improved. We did not receive check in or check out details until late the night before but there is a 24 hour reception who helps so is not a huge issue. The bed was very hard Sunbeds around the pool are an additional charge of 10 EUR per bed per day

Lovely apartment! Very clean and cozy place, and the hole building is great as well. Communication with the owner was easy. The 24-hour reception made check-in and check-out convenient. Easy to reach by car, as the property has a private parking area.

The apartment was cold and somewhat damp. Clothes and towels didn’t dry due to the humidity.

Overall, our stay was okay, mainly because of the good location. However, there are several things that could be improved. One positive point was that we were able to pick up the key earlier than the official check-in time, which we appreciated.

Upon arrival the apartment felt a bit cold and there was a slightly musty smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out recently. The furnishings also seemed quite basic and mainly set up for rental rather than comfort. The bed was quite firm, which might not be comfortable for everyone. Some practical things in the apartment could use attention. For example, the dishwasher was difficult to open and some kitchen shelves were loose. The bathtub could not really be used because the hot water was not sufficient. A few of the chairs were also a bit unstable. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, there were also some points that could be improved. The taps did not appear very clean, and in some areas the paint on the walls was peeling. It was also a bit confusing that the photos show two bedrooms, while the apartment we stayed in was different. In addition, a few basic items were missing, such as cooking oil or a small bottle of water on arrival, which can make the stay feel a bit more welcoming. Because of the location the stay was still pleasant, but with some improvements the overall experience could be much better.
