Apartment Lidija

This apartment is simply amazing, sooo comfortable! Looks exactly as on pictures. New modern building, automatic no-keys door lock (so convenient!), secure underground parking. Sparkling white bed linings and towels - like in good hotels; AC in both rooms, washing machine (with quick 14-min program to rinse the swimsuits and beach towels 2 times a day), all modern home furnishings so that cooking is so easy and pleasant. Dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker! Plenty of dinnerware of good quality - very good sets of knifes and pots, dishes for the oven, toaster, coffee machine; a lot of plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Very nice balcony/terrace - with the view right to Gradina (the remaings of an ancient fortress) trees and the sea, where you can drink coffee or vine at almost any time of the day in summer, because there is almost no direct sun there (however it is enough sun to dry the beach towels between morning and evening swimming!). Also the size of terrace was good enough for my morning joga, surrounded only by voices of cicadas and birds and occasional church bells. Separate words of appreciation to Karlo - he is extremely attentive, amiable and helpful host you can meet. Always accessible, if anything needed, provided so many references to us, and welcomed us with tasty treats. I liked our closest beach (Podluka) more than the bigger one (Nikolina). We enjoyed our stay in Baska Voda so much, highly recommend this place!

Even though it is really close to the beach (5-7 mins), be mindful that it is going down and returning up by stairs. It was not a problem for us though. The stairway is mostly in the shadow, so it is big plus.

Das ist wirklich ein Traum von einer Wohnung, wie aus "Schöner Wohnen"! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und durchdacht, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist umfangreicher und wertiger als wir es aus anderen Wohnungen kennen, wirklich toll gedacht und gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr professionell und angenehm, sogar für die Heimfahrt gab es noch einen Tipp, wo man essen gehen kann! Die Entfernung zu den Stränden ist ok, wir haben den etwas weiter liegenden Strand Nikolina bevorzugt, ist aber auch in max. 10 Minuten erreichbar, je nachdem wie weit man dort gehen mag. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Konobas, die ebenfalls sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar sind; anschließend noch ein Bummel auf der Promenade, perfekt! Wenn wir wieder in Baska Voda Urlaub machen würden, dann sicher in diesem tollen Appartement!

Very beautiful new apartment equipped with everything we needed. Close to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Communication with the host was easy and helpful.
