Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα μείναμε οικογενειακώς (2 ενήλικες και 3 παιδιά) για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ ωραία ήσυχη τοποθεσία με ανοιχτωσιά και θέα προς τον Υμηττό. Αν και στην εφαρμογή φαίνεται ότι δεν παρέχεται πρωινό ο Φάνης ο οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε να μας περιμένουν αρκετά καλούδια που κάλυψαν πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας.Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο με ευρύχωρα δωμάτια κι αναπαυτικά κρεβάτια. Σε απόσταση 20 μέτρων υπήρχε μια παιδική χαρά κι ένα υπαίθριο γήπεδο μπάσκετ όπου μπορούσαν να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Γενικά το κατάλυμα υπερκάλυψε τις προσδοκίες μας και θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά για μελλοντική διαμονή μας στην Αθήνα.
Δεν υπήρχε κάτι το αρνητικό. Την ημέρα της άφιξης μας μια μικρή δυσκολία στην εύρεση παρκινγκ στα γύρω στενά λόγω και του μεγάλου όγκου του αυτοκινήτου άλλα όχι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Τις υπόλοιπες ημέρες ήταν πολύ εύκολο να βρεις πάρκινγκ .
