Downtown Waterfront Condo w Boat Slip & Deck

The Location was ideal! Across the river from downtown Elizabeth City. A brewery nearby, just across the bridge. Commutable drive to the Outer Banks. Fish or boat from the dock behind this handsome condo! My family really enjoyed staying at the Dock House!

We loved the peace and quiet. You could sit on the back porch at night and see the nearby Elizabeth City downtown lighting reflect onto the water, such a gorgeous silhouette. The condo is so nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is most definitely a place that you hate to leave but it also leaves you excited for another future visit.

The view was beautiful — and to experience it from the porch swing was fabulous! The interior of the condo was extremely clean and calming.

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious; the location was fantastic, quiet and very relaxing. We loved hanging out on the balcony each morning overlooking the river. The hosts were great. So many little details were thoughtfully included like a first aid kit, binoculars, extra batteries & light bulbs, and a wide variety of games just to name a few. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again!
