A gorgeous property. Well furnished and exceptionally clean. Bed was really comfy. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wine fridge and large freestanding fridge/freezer, tv in each bedroom, good internet connection. Refurbished to a high standard. Good sized rooms. Due to weather we were unfortunately unable to use the courtyard garden. Location is perfect, quiet street but close to everything.
It is so clean I didn’t realise the shower door was closed 😂 Being 5’9 I forgot about the age and character of the property and forgot to duck slightly walking out of top bedroom. My own fault Seriously- nothing we can fault. Been really well thought out.

New kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lovely loft bedroom. Well located for Appledore quayside. Quiet.
Small front room, with small TV, was not cosy or comfortable. Dining area was dark and old-fashioned.

Very well equipped and designed. Bedrooms surprisingly large, quite location but near to center. Nicely decorated for Christmas
Could provide more info about the town, restaurants and shops and how to deal with rubbish
