The room was very good. The stay was very comfortable. Location is close to all the tourist attractions, especially the Dragon Bridge. Ample bike parking is provided.
Room cleaning could have been better. More utensils could be provided for the kitchen

The staff were really attentive when we had to contact them. Location was near dragon bridge and restaurants.
Very noisy - noise from bars until 5am
Shower literally fell apart - although this was fixed within 30 mins.

Sạch sẽ, thơm tho, máy lạnh và đèn tốt. Khách sạn mới đẹp vị trí tốt để xem pháo hoa và cầu Rồng.
Bồn cầu hay bị mất nước mỗi khi ấn xả dội không rõ nguyên nhân dù trước đó không sử dụng. Có kiến ở khu vực bếp.

Location of property; size of room
Bed was very uncomfortable. Nobody came to clean the room. After being gone the entire day, towels were not replaced, water in bathroom not dried out. Musty/ moldy smell in room.
