La struttura è fantastica. Prime location . La vista dal 37esimo piano è top Situato in una zona perfetta . Nello stesso building al piano “L” avete dritto accesso al Dubai Mall Marina . Consigliatissimo

An absolutely exceptional apartment in Dubai Marina! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is beautifully designed, very well laid out, and maintained to an exceptional standard of cleanliness. You can immediately see the attention to detail and the care put into keeping everything perfect. The communication with the management company was outstanding from start to finish. They were always helpful, responsive, and professional, which made our stay completely stress-free. The view is simply breathtaking — honestly the most beautiful city view we have ever had from an apartment or hotel. From every room you have an incredible view over Dubai Marina, which makes the whole experience truly special, both during the day and at night. Another huge advantage is the location. From the first floor of the residential building you can walk directly into Dubai Marina Mall, which is extremely convenient. Despite being next to a mall and in such a vibrant area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We can only highly recommend this place. If it were possible, we would give it 10 stars or more — 5 stars are simply not enough!
