Riu Dunamar - All Inclusive

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and it was a holiday experience with excellent value for money. Staff & Service: The team is attentive and friendly. The staff cleans continuously throughout the day. Having waiter service on the beach alongside the lovely palm tree setting made it very enjoyable. Food & Drink: Breakfast and main meals were delicious. There are plenty of bars, and drinks are provided in the rooms. The only slight drawback is that the dessert buffet falls a bit short. Entertainment & Activities: The few major evening shows we caught during our stay were well-prepared and high quality. Sea & Beach: The sea was great overall. Due to the season, there was a bit of seaweed along the shore despite regular cleanups, but it didn't spoil our enjoyment. Room & Comfort: The rooms were clean. However, the minibar fridge was a bit noisy, and noise from the hallway was noticeable. Location: Being the last hotel along the strip, the location is a bit far from central spots. Overall, a great resort where the positive details definitely outweigh the negatives, offering excellent returns for what you pay.

Cons (-): Distance to central transport spots, noisy minibar fridge, lack of hallway soundproofing, and an inadequate dessert selection.

Even though we were in high season and the resort was full, we never had the feeling that we were surrounded by too many people. There was always place for us at the beach, pool, restaurant, ... The food is really good. The staff very pleasant and friendly. Everything was very clean. Cleaning staff top. Entertainment was very good too.

Although the staff was amazing and acted fast, the clients should be more respectful regarding the fact that they are leaving together in a resort with other people. It's just difficult not to be in presence of idiots... Regarding the resort I would suggest for the night time kids entertainment to be a bit less longer than it was. I wonder why the hotels don't advertise places such as the Mercado 28, city center activities, ...
