Location and carpark included was a massive bonus!
The only thing I didnt like was when checking out, i had to take my car out of the car park, find an outside park which isnt easy in downtown auckland and then run back up to the room to drop the key off, as you cant exit the carpark without the key. Other than that, zero complaints, brilliant stay.

How well organised, clean and welcoming it was, everything you need is a stones throw away, very close to queen Street, shops and restaurants. The bed felt hotel quality, very comfortable and the lounge area cosy and relaxing - gym facilities and indoor pool topped it off, Brendan is a Great host, took the time to show us around the property, secure garage and parking - we are looking forward to staying at this property again next time visiting Auckland
