Sehr gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Gepflegte Einrichtung, alles sehr sauber. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Das Sofa war für uns nicht bequem…. Mehr als Ablage geeignet.

Sehr schöne , neuwertige Wohnung, modern eingerichtet. Sehr bequemes grosses Boxspringbett. Haben prima geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad wirkt ebenfalls neu, schöne grosse Dusche und genügend Ablageflächen. Die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher angenehm duftend. Küche ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Kaffeekapselmaschine sowie verschiedene Kapseln standen bereit. Balkon zum sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Lage auch recht zentral . In die Stadt zu Fuss ca. 20 min. Zum Völkerschlachtdenkmal sind wir ca. 45 min. gelaufen. Für einen Trip nach Leipzig für 2 Personen ( Schlafsofa für ggf. 3. Person vorhanden) uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Kommunikation sehr freundlich und Zutritt zur Wohnung mit Code hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Wer den Backofen nutzen möchte , Backpapier mitbringen , für die Spülmaschine Tabs mitbringen, wer kochen möchte, Gewürze mitbringen (Salz und Pfeffer und Öl vorhanden. Das ist keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis. Für uns kein Problem.
Gefallen hat uns alles sehr sehr gut.

A bright, extremely clean studio, with a large and comfortable bed, with a kitchen equipped with the necessary things, very close to tram/metro stations (3 min walk) and supermarkets. Everything is new.
It is located quite centrally (10 min walk from the old center) in an extremely quiet neighborhood and with very quiet neighbors (the only thing that could be heard was the bell of the nearby church, but it was not a problem because we woke up in the morning anyway). You can rest perfectly.
The studio overlooks the extremely pleasant inner courtyard, which is actually a garden. From the balcony of the apartment located on the 5th floor (building with elevator) you can admire the magnificent sunsets or enjoy your morning tea.
Access is easy (with code), but there is also a keys.
Very kind host: I needed an iron (I don't know why this item is not standard in accommodations in Germany :) ) and the same day he personally came to bring it. Communication was very good, whenever we needed something or asked something, Michael answered promptly. He left us a bottle of water in the kitchen (it was good after a tiring train journey). We were able to check in earlier.
It was a very good accommodation, I recommend it with all confidence!

There is nothing I didn't like. Just a few small suggestions that would make the studio the perfect accommodation: an ironing board (it can fit perfectly between the wall and the closet in the room), I would have liked the lights on the balcony to be functional (they give a cozy atmosphere to the studio).
