Vue incroyable sur le lac, logement propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaire tres gentille et réactif, donne de très bons plans (restaurant, activité). Bonne position géographique pour visiter les villas et villages connues du lac. Pas de clim dans le logement mais bonne isolation donc possibilité de garder une bonne fraîcheur toute la journée.

Accessibilité tres compliqué. Notamment par forte chaleur. 5min minimum de marche et grosse montée avec escaliers. Possibilités de se garer dans un garage qui diminue légèrement le temps de marche mais attention frais en plus a prévoir. Sinon stationnement dans la rue plus éloignée mais payant aussi.

Nous avons aimé la terrasse avec cette vue exceptionnelle sur le Lac!!! On oublie vite le chemin escarpé pour y arriver. Edouardo est un hôte bienveillant et prévenant. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer un bon séjour.

Edoardo was a great host, and had plenty of advice on the local area and events that we could have a look at, he also saved us when we’d realised the plug we brought with us didn’t fit the sockets by lending us two of his own. As for the property, the view from the balcony was our first impression, and what a first impression it was, absolutely breathtaking, really made the steep walk up worth it. The rooms were all clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi was also very good given the remote location. The area was good, if you need to buy cooking ingredients then the next town over is the best choice as it has a supermarket, but the two eateries in Colonno are both very good, especially the Green bar, very friendly family run bar with affordable and delicious food, and a well stocked drinks fridge.

The walk up from the town was sometimes killer, but at least you burn off the delicious food you’ve just eaten. If you’re renting a car, parking can be a bit hard to find, there’s a long stay car park right at the entrance of Colonno that can be booked for a whole week for €25, Edoardo also has a private garage that can be used but it’s a bit small and more expensive than the former.
