Very spacious property! The rooms are well maintained. The houses are old Pune houses, but everything works. Rooms are big, and great beds.

We had the pleasure of staying one night at Madhav Bhawan Guest House in Pune, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The property is well-maintained, clean, and located in a peaceful area, making it ideal for a short, relaxing stay. The owner Mr. Pradeep Kaul was polite & helpful, and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The house 2BHK was neat, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable night. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance was calm and homely. The surrounding greenery added to the serenity of the environment, making it a very restful experience. Recommended for anyone looking for a simple yet comfortable stay. Whether you're on a short trip or attending a nearby event.

On the improvement side, adding an air conditioner in the second bedroom and the hall would make the stay even more comfortable, especially during warmer months. A TV and Wi-Fi connection could also be a great addition for guests looking to stay connected or unwind with some entertainment.
