La situación. Las instalaciones. Pero deberían replantearse varias cosas: ese tendedero de ropa es de muñecas. No cabe nada. Y una cortina o store en la ventana de la cocina es imprescindible. La claridad es celgadora, asi como unas cortinas mejores en el salón.
Deben replantearse la situación del bar en el bajo del edificio. Cierra tardísimo, unos gritos de los clientes en la calle increíbles y a las 7 de la mañana ya están abriendo y moviendo sillas y mesas como si no hubieran vecinos.
