Everything was great, Sabrina was always quick to respond, everything needed for a good stay was there. Everything was clean and Location was perfect for us
Bed needs to be replaced as it makes little noise however it was comfortable to me

The code provided was wrong but the owner was quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. Bottled water was provided. We took an uber so the location was good...amenities were within walking distance.
We had brought our own meal assuming there would be the basics...oil, salt and pepper but there was no oil which made it challenging to cook since we did not get in until everything was closed. There was a pan under the stove which should not be there. The teflon has completely peeled and is not safe. But there were enough other pans to use. The place definitely needs some improvement (old cabinets and flooring( but it was comfortable enough for the few hours we stayed there.

If noise from kids isn’t okay with you, there was some of that from upstairs so may want to keep that in mind.

Location was good for the purpose of our trip.
The properly, located in the basement, was cold initially with a cold draft circulating through the living room area. The two independent heaters provided were not enough. Once we notified the owner, he brought us another heater which helped. He also raised the central heating temperature.
