    It canceled our booking at the last minute because their sink is not functional. This gave us inconvenience because we were trying to look for another accommodation and it’s almost evening when we arrived in Davao City.

    The admin was very approachable and kind, always checking on the guests. The place was clean and pleasant. There were also basic cookware available, along with a comfortable space to sleep and watch television. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Will definitely book again sometime.

    My stay was disappointing not because of the room itself, but because of how issues were handled from start to finish. • I booked this property partly because it advertised airport transfer, but upon arrival I was informed that no airport transfer was actually available. • I had an early 5:00 AM flight, so I carefully prepared for a 2:30 AM checkout and was instructed to leave the room key in a lockbox using a provided code. • The code did not work when I tested it the night before checkout. I immediately sent messages and made calls to seek assistance, but no one responded in time. • With no available support and a scheduled airport transfer, I had no choice but to secure the room, leave the key inside, and proceed to the airport while informing them of the situation. • Only after I had already left did they respond and provide a different code. • A ₱1,000 security deposit was collected upon check-in. I was initially told it would be fully forfeited. After escalation, ₱500 was refunded, while ₱500 was deducted for an unlocking fee. What stood out most was the lack of accountability and basic customer care. There was no acknowledgment of error on their side, no apology for the inconvenience, and full responsibility was placed on me despite the lack of timely assistance and the apparent absence of a proper spare key or immediate support system during an urgent checkout situation. In the end, it felt like the burden of the entire issue was shifted to the guest, even though the situation involved clear communication and service gaps on their end. Madali lang naman sguro magsorry na lang. Pero they point out na mali ko lahat. I am not saying na wala akong mali sa nangyari, pero I know. I did my very best to reach out, ang ending mali ko na, nakuhanan pa akong 500. Here are my suggestions. 1. magkaroon sana kayo ng spare key. It's my first time to see a hotel without a sparekey. 2. Be more accountable to your guest. Hindi ung after "office hours" unreachable na kayo kahit my nakacheck in pa. It's my first time hearing na may office hours lang pala ang mga Hotel. 🥹 3. Be true to your advertisement. WALA KAYONG AIRPORT TRANSFER. Be honest para walang nalilinlang. That's it. In short. Actually, my stay is not terrible, but the way you treated me after, horrible.
