The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Very close to beach and on site mini market was great .
The outdoor furniture was broken so we could not sit outside to eat unless we sat on the floor or grass .

Apartament położony na pięknym, cichym osiedlu wśród drzew piniowych. Cisza, spokój, ochrona monitorująca osiedle.
Blisko do piaszczystej plaży z licznymi barami, restauracjami oferującymi bardzo dobre jedzenie. Parasole słoneczne i dwa leżaki 10EUR/dzień. Bardzo bezpiecznie na plaży również. Na osiedlu znajduje się mały market dobrze zaopatrzony w większość potrzebnych produktów, cenowo trochę powyżej średnich cen w Albanii.
Brak bankomatu czy kantoru wymiany walut na osiedlu co dla turystów z zagranicy może stanowić problem bo nie wszystkie sklepy, restauracje honorują płatność kartą. Brak busów oferujących transport, oraz brak wypożyczalni aut, co jest utrudnieniem gdyż osiedle położone jest daleko od najbliższego miasta Durres.

Apartament i pajisur me gjithëçka dhe i këndshëm per qendrim. Hapsirë e bollshme. Ambient i kuruar ne detaje. E gjitha ne një kompleks shumë të qetë e te zhytur ne natyrë, afër detit. Stafi i vëmendshëm e komunikues.Çmim i arësyeshëm. I rekomandueshëm për çdokënd.

Staff was communicative and willing to listen. But it seems like theres no control or supervision from the upper management.
We were having a nice experience and till i decided to rent a second appartment for my family. There was a problem with the bathroom, there was water everywhere and it was flooded. We had 3 plumbers coming in and out and finally telling us that theres no problem. But the flooding continued for all 3 nights. I was expecting a refund or another accommodation in another appartment but nothing happened. We just lived with it.
