casa pulita con tutte le necessità in una cittadina a dimensione uomo. linea dei treni ottima, frequente, possibilità di fare abbonamento familiari, per il soggiorno con mezz'ora si arriva a Barcellona
non è proprio a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, ce ne vogliono almeno 8 minuti

L'appartamento è molto carino e situato in una zona molto comoda e ben servita di Premia. Da qui visiti e giri a Premia molto bene. Riesci anche a visitare Barcellona prendendo un treno ben collegato alla città.

it is a very pretty apartment, the beach was only a 10 min walk and the station was a 14 minute walk. there are buses from a stop around 7 mins away that takes you to the BCN city centre in 25 minutes.
unfortunately there was only one roll of toilet paper provided which we ran out of during the stay and there weren’t any more provided by the host.

L'état général de l'appartement, la climatisation, la propreté. Ce qui est appréciable, c'est de pouvoir aller à pied à la plage ( 10') ou à la gare (15')
Le problème de ce logement c'est l'environnement. La ville n'est pas très agréable, pas touristiques. En plus on a eu quelques défaillances dans le logement (1 store HS dans le salon, lumière HS dans une chambre), cafetière trop petite, manque un peu de vaisselle. Pas de parking, très compliqué pour trouver une place. Elles sont en zone bleue à proximité de l'appartement donc on ne peut pas les utiliser. Il faut tourner dans des rues plus éloignées avec l'espoir qu'une place se libère.
