Le propriétaire était très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. L appartement était très propre, spacieux et confortable. Équipements dans l appartement fonctionnel et très pratique
La piscine n est pas vraiment entretenue. L eau a une couleur verte, ce qui n engage pas à se baigner.

За эту цену отличная квартира. Мы были проездом, поэтому вариант на пару дней устроил.От станции северной, 5-7 минут на такси. Квартира удобная, хозяин вежливый. Есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления еды, также есть стиральная машина. Бассейн работает, вода прохладная и сам бассейн в тени.До ближайшего магазина 3-5 минут пешком. До центра 10-15 минут. До рыбного рынка также. Мы не нашли в округе нормального ресторана. Но есть макашницы.
Тараканы (( не много конечно, но они были. Это проблема комплекса, так как мусорные баки расположены на этажах.
