Le logement et bien situé à 15 mn de la mer , aux milieu des oliviers .

Casa ampia e immersa nella natura sui colli di Monopoli. Ampi spazi all’aperto, relax, silenzio e privacy. Dalla struttura é comodo spostarsi e raggiungere qualsiasi luogo agevolmente.

Trascurata, con arredi esterni da rivedere, barbecue inutilizzabile poiché senza graticola e pieno di cenere, vecchi oggetti arrugginiti sul retro della veranda, coltelli ritrovati buttati nel giardino, posacenere all’esterno pieno di cicche (malgrado sia descritta come non fumatori), alcune ragnatele e zanzariere delle finestre da rivedere. Ciò che non ci aspettavamo é di trovare un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 5 giorni di soggiorno e sentirci dire dal proprietario che non era obbligato a metterne di più . Inutile dire che abbiamo dovuto acquistarla e alla fine i rotoli non utilizzati sono rimasti in struttura, come l’olio e lo Scottex. Viaggiamo molto e abbiamo sempre trovato tutto o quasi. Ci dispiace molto, anche perché è un bel posto e se venisse valorizzato e si risolvessero queste piccole mancanze sarebbe perfetto.

Literie pas très confortable Lorsque j’ai réservé sur Booking.com l’annonce mettait deux chambres. Lors de notre arrivée le propriétaire nous annonce que vu que nous sommes 2 adultes et 1 bébé il n’y a qu’une chambre. L’autre chambre n’était donc pas accessible. En soit ce n’est pas grave mais cela devrait être noté lors de la réservation. Pendant notre séjour, la maison jumelée était en travaux (semaine de 7h à 14h). C’était un peu dommage d’être réveillé par la musique et le bruit des ouvriers et outils.

I liked that the host met us early and allowed for an early checkin. The apartment was clean. There was a kids swing and outdoor patio which was great for the kids to run around. You have onsite parking as well. They also had a baby crib!

We stayed at several apartments in this area, and compared to the others, this one fell a bit short on the basics. While other places provided essentials like soap, coffee, salt, pepper, and higher-quality towels, this apartment lacked those touches. Additionally, the bedroom does not have AC, so a fan would have been highly appreciated during our stay. Given the price, these standard amenities should be included compared to the others that all had it in the same price point. The furniture is also quite dated and awkwardly arranged, which made the space feel less functional.
