Location and no messing around with bed linen & towels
Toilet had a leak and it could have been cleaner. My family stayed in a place close that was much better value.

lumineux, bien situé, lit adulte très confortable
La chambre enfant est une cabine (pas de fenêtre) Le lit superposé enfant était très inconfortable, non adapté pour des grands enfants. Mon fils de 12 ans n’a pas dormi les deux premières nuits, on l’a mis dans le canapé du coup… de plus il n’y avait pas de séchoir, ce qui n’est vraiment pas pratique quand on a un lave linge! (Le sèche linge est peu recommandé pour les textiles sportifs)

Location Being allowed to check in early
Awful assistance from the lady that was meant to be helpful. Second bedroom wasn’t a bedroom. With 4 people hot water runs out quickly.
