The Hanging Villa - A Luxury Pool Villa in Jaipur

Worth every penny!

Had a great stay at the villa. It is beautiful, well maintained and the cleanliness was on point, including the pool. The caretaking staff is very well behaved and helpful. The villa is around 45 mins drive from Amber palace.

The resident caretaker was unhelpful (or lazy). Told us that it wasn't the season for using the pool and it was currently unusable. Towels and bed sheets were soiled, with replacements not much better. We needed more pillows, but none were available. We asked for iron & ironing board, there was no ironing board, we found one in a cupboard shortly before checking out and caretaker said it was broken. Caretaker was supposed to take care of housekeeping - he failed to clear up the previous evenings meal and we were confronted the next morning with everything as it was from the night before. There were micro-phials of body wash in bathrooms that should have been a gel wash, but were like water - cleary dupes. Property overall was neglected and poorly maintained with resident staff who was indifferent. One evening we arrived back and on the sitting room sofa was a pillow from the ground floor bedroom and it was apparent that the caretaker had been relaxing (or sleeping) utilising our bedroom pillow until we disturbed him by coming back. One of the first floor bedrooms had pigeons roosting on ledge outside with pigeon mess lining the entrance into the room. Getting into the property from the gate was a nightmare for elderly guests having to walk across a large muddy area to steps upto the patio - this brought in mess from shoes directly in to all areas of the house. The overall location of the property was not what we expected, surrounding plots were derelict and rubbish dumping grounds. Noise from a busy rail track closeby was a disturbance particularly throughout the night. On checking out, the caretaker could not even be bothered to see us off.

A very unique property with modern interiors. Peaceful location, amazing pool, the caretaker Kanha is very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended if you are looking to experience something different. The rooms a spacious, their is a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area with all the amenities. PS: It is pet friendly which is a bonus.

リビングルームが臭くて居られなかった。シャワーブースのカーテンにカビがいっぱいなのと、短いので全くカーテンの意味をなさなかった。

Отличная вилла! Очень красивая и чистая. Хозяин очень гостеприимный. Смотритель убирался пока нас не было. Возвращались в чистоту.
