The house is spotless, secure, and perfectly located—steps from the pool and playground
Kitchen island stools: the current stools are a bit too high, which makes meals at the island less comfortable. Slightly lower stools would be more practical.
Cleaning tools: a brush or a dustpan & brush would help guests keep the place tidy day-to-day.
Bin guidance: a short note about where to dispose of rubbish (e.g., in the parking area) would be very helpful.
