Superbe terrasse avec vue. Logement de grande taille et bien organisé. Localisation idéale pour explorer la région (en dehors du centre de Porto).

Pas de remarque négative. Peut-être juste les parkings qui sont très étroits.

The manager, Mike, was very helpful and was easily contactable by phone or message service. The apartments were large and very much as described. The views were exceptional of the Douro from the large balconies. Travel easy from the apartments by bus or Uber (Uber service very cheap and easily available). The cleaners and manager were very helpful in dealing with mid visit cleans. There was massive storage in the apartments so no worry about bringing lots of clothes! Blackout blinds on the windows were great too. The location was outside the city but only 10 mins away in a vehicle. Car parking in the basement and easy access and egress, although some manoeuvering required in one block. There were plenty of supermarkets and riverside bars and restaurants close by - walkable but better in a car.

The lifts did break down a couple of times and there were some detailed inventory issues, mugs and bowls, that were in short supply. The manager did provide these though as soon as asked. No air conditioning and that was not an issue in June, might be in July / August. The beds in 1515 block were very firm. Those in 1507 were much better.

Great views of the Douro and bridges from the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Transport to and from Porto was easy - either bus and metro (from across the street). Or Bolt (fares ranged from 5 to 7 euros). Spacious apartment with tons of storage space for clothes etc. Modern kitchen.

Wifi wasn't great (only ~30 Mb/s). Lack of any welcome package (eg bottled water, nibbles, pastries). The biggest gap was in the usual 'guest book' that explained garbage disposal, details of transport, location of decent supermarket (none within walking distance as it turned out!)
